Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are granted within a specified period after purchase, subject to meeting the outlined criteria.

Request Process: To request a refund, contact our support team with a valid reason and proof of purchase. However, if a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the customer’s original payment method. For example, if the customer paid using a Sampath Bank credit card, the refund will be issued back to that Sampath Bank credit card.

Refund Criteria: Refunds are granted for valid reasons such as technical issues or dissatisfaction, at our discretion.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within a reasonable time frame, and the method of refund is determined by Wisdom Tutors.

Changes to Refund Policy: Wisdom Tutors may update the refund policy; users are advised to review periodically for any changes.
